I've been taking our beagle here ever since we moved to Birmingham. Customer service is friendly and are very accommodating. When we moved from Vegas to Birmingham, we flew our dog. His flight was delayed and Pampered Pets offered to wait for us past operating hours so that we could check him in. We just got into town ourselves and didn't move into our house yet. It was the very first time we were taking him there so the gesture was greatly appreciated. Whenever we go out of town, we trust them to take care of our dog. He is always treated well and is clean whenever he gets an exit bath from there. Lynn and the staff are great.

If they have no vacancies, they will put your name on the wait list and are true to their word that they will call if any spaces become available. I highly recommend taking your pet here. As with many other pet hotels, they can get fully booked if you don't reserve early enough, especially around the holiday season or 3-day weekends. They also offer an awesome variety of treats and accessories for pets. Pampered Pet Resort also has a pet health warranty that is good for a week after your pet goes home. It's very reassuring that your pet is truly in good care.

Great Doggie Daycare!

I am extremely satisfied with The Pampered Pet. I have taken my dog numerous times for daycare and she has loved it. The place is clean and the staff is courteous and friendly, even remembering my dog's name when I drop her off and pick her up! I have boarded her once and felt comfortable to do so - they had even laundered her blanket by the time I picked her up (it was still warm from the dryer!) I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe environment for their dog!
